How do I get my new kitten to stop hiding?

She's really happy and cuddle when she not hiding not shy at all. But yet she hides every second she can and it's impossible to find her. She always goes in your pantry which is really and with millions of shelves so very hard to find in there. How do I get her to stop hiding?!
