How would I go about recalling the entire federal government?

I am serious...I want to recall every single politician and program that the federal government is involved in. I know that you can start an online petition and if you have X amount of signatures, it can then move on to further proceedings. Does anyone know what exactly it takes? I want every single one of them gone as they have done nothing useful and have only hurt us. Someone has to do it and I will step up to the plate.
