What do you think about my dog situtation?

i have a female boxer that was breed to a male and the tie took place 5 times over a period of a week she would be about 49 days into pregnancy should whelp may 4. she devolped a uti a month ago went to vets had a shot and given antibotics said he couldnt feel pups was to early now 3 days ago she delvoped some blood in urine went back to vets yesterday said he didnt feel pups thought shes having a false pregnancy but from everything ive researched he shouldnt be able to fell them. she has all the signs of pregnacy her vulva is still swollen ,eating more, sleeping, her stomach has gotten really big at her back rib area and her belly is starting to droop her are enlarged and her stomach is pink along with her . she hasnt showed any of the false signs by trying to nest yet or taken toys or other things to mother .also some friends of mine who breed boxers say there sure shes pregnant they came over just to check for me and they think she is .
