Whats gonna happen if they do surgery on me? like where are they gonna cut and what are they gonna do?

well i am not a guy whats going to happen after surgery you will feel pain but will get better. If you put it off it could lead into a serious situation. i say get the surgery and you can be out of pain maybe in about 6 weeks or you could not get surgery and it can lead into a life and death situation or maybe it will heal it self. listen to your first thought i say surgery although it's scary i have had 10 surgeries on my lower stomach the last 3 years and every time i am scared to death. i just had stomach surgery a month ago i chickened out three times lucky the surgeon accepted me back. and when i come to it is horrible but feel a lot better in a few weeks at least the pain goes away in a few weeks. Hope to hear good news.
