If u play guitar hero mor than 2 hrs do u get dizzy or something?

people say that i will get dizzy after playing guitar hero more than 2 hours, and i didnt. is that normal? usually i play 3 hrs straight.( thats y i can play expert on world tour b.y.o.b. 96 percent =)
