Can i make my period come quick plzz help.?

hi.im goin on holidays on friday im am exited but i am due my period on the same day. i am gutted coz im goin wit my mates. they will want me in the pool and stuff buh i am to shy to tell them. also i cant sit on the plane wit bad tummy cramps i only get on the first day. is theyer anyway i can get it to come today or tommorw. can anyone help me to get it before then. also wat would you recomend is the best tampon to be using to make sure i dnt leak or anything ???
