Do you have crazy drivers in your neighborhood too? Are people getting more aggressive these days?

Driving home down my street yesterday I slowed down and swerved just a bit because it looked like a kid was running into the street which is right near our park. Well, he did not go into the street so I kept going and some guy driving towards me in a truck swerved at me as if sending me a message. Normally I would let that go as ignorance but to do that to a fellow neighbor is really disturbing. What is wrong with people?
