Doctor messed up my newborn and I need legal advice?

The doctor that did my newborn sons circision butchered him! She cut his up so bad a pediatric surgeon had to fix it! I am furious! I filed a complaint against the dr and it looks as though I'm being called a liar!! I need legal advice! What can I do!?!?
