I am15 w preg, my ultrasound showed no heartbeat what happens now?

my pregnancy has been normal up until about a week ago, i went for my first ultrasound and thought all was fine, yesterday i went for my baby dr. appt, and they informed me that baby has no heartbeat, sent me for more bloodwork tolda me to come back to the doctors today, i am well not stupid,know this isnt good, but does anyone know whats going to happen from here?
