im a senior, and am looking forward to college tennis next year, i want to get in great shape because i know the competition is going to a lot tougher. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 157 pounds so i am looking to build up, a little, so i dont know what to do. Insanity sounds mor e like what im in to but i dont wanna loose weight, and i have heard that p90x people get there but kicked by it, but p90 seems to have bulky-er results
