Wrong DL number and birthdate on my ticket?

I know as far as a traffic ticket goes in the state of Indiana if there is any inacurate information on the ticket, the ticket can be thrown out of court. I'm not sure if this would apply in your case or not? Ask a local attourney in your state to be sure.
