Bluetooth, Ringtones, Help?!?

Does anybody know a site to go to, to make your own ringtones, send/download/upload to your phone, and then be able to bluetooth them over to a friend? My friend wants me to make/find a ringtone for him and then bluetooth it over to him. I have an LG Banter from Alltel. Help??
