Do all the suras of the quran mean peace and kindess?

sura 8:12 instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers, ''smite them above their necks and smite off all their finger tips; sura 2:191 kill the disbelievers wherever you find them 2:193 and fight them until there is no persecution and religion should be only for allah; sura 8:39 fight them till all opposition ends and the only religion is islam; sura 8:7 allah wished to confirm his words; wipe the infidels out to the last; sura 9:29 kill the unbelievers wherever you find them sura 9:5 when the sacred months for fighting have pasted, fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, torture them and lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war; they are hundreds of suras and hadiths like these. so how many believe that these mean pace and kindness?
