How is it we end up with all the talentless talk show hosts?

Gosh! Baroness, another person who thinks just like me, where do they all come from, the ones you mention all are talentless, but pale into insignificance when compared with Ant and Dec, (which is which?) they are beyond belief when it comes to bity. but the one that makes me squirm has to be Graham Norton, he has to rely on old "Camp" gags to get him through, it's so smutty, and on prime time TV too!
