Well, you have a restraining order and you are in the process of modifying child support so what you are seeing is his screwed up attempt to fight back. He thinks that if he suddenly becomes active in the life of a child he has essentially ignored previously that the court will treat him kindly. That's not likely if you are prepared to doent his lack of interest in the child until faced with a pending increase in child support. The court is very familiar with these tactics. Just stay cool and let this play out. Do not let him aggravate you or push you to do or say anything harmful to your case. Just ignore him and proceed with your life. He's just a sideline who owes the child money for a set length of her life and that's all. You cannot make him love the child or want to see her. Just collect what he owes her for her care as a dependent and let all the rest go.
